Getting Incorporated, Merchant Account, and Online Processing

If you're new here, you may want to subscribe to my RSS feed. Thanks for visiting!

We are in a bit of a holding pattern on the site, we’re not going to make the Nov 15th deadline obviously. We’re going to get things done right the first time. We’re filling for our articles of incorporation, after that is done we will be applying for our merchant bank account and our internet merchant processing account with Authorize.net and Bank Of America.

Bank of America is where we will be doing our banking because it’s cheap, and it integrates with OSCommerce fairly nicely.
Their online banking is second to none and  I probably would have left them long ago for all the shitty overdraft fees if it wasn’t for their awesome online banking system.

We have 7 designs of which you may have seen scampering around our website and we will probably have 2-3 more before we actually launch the site. (which is now somewhat open to the public) The initial launch will have 6 shirts in black, white, and creme. The designs are all going to be printed on the American Apparel 50/50 tee from some t-shirt printing place in Dallas. Mr. President Craig will then be able to pick them up from the little vietnamese children who labor day and night to print our badass designs.

Lot’s of good ideas are coming through the pipeline for what to put in our packages besides the obvious t-shirt and invoice receipt. Fortune cookies, custom condoms, stickers, bottle openers; who knows what we’ll come up with!
