Washing Directions for Assault Shirts

I have been procrastinating the process of putting up a sizing chart and a washing instructions post due to the fact that we have had several breakups with printers in Dallas, and because I have a great idea for the size chart that no one else has tried yet, but in my random stumbleupon stumblings I managed to come across this image:
